BRIEF A concept proposal for a 65-room surf and wellness hotel moments from Sydney’s iconic Bondi Beach. Guestrooms are complemented by an elevated rooftop bar and restaurant, bringing together accommodation, hospitality and wellness within a distinctly coastal hotel concept.

CONCEPT Rooted in the relaxed rhythm of Bondi, the concept combines surf culture, wellness and contemporary hospitality. Interiors are designed around connection, wellbeing and the coastal environment, creating a relaxed retreat with a strong sense of place.

CHALLENGES Translating the informal character of Bondi into a hospitality concept without relying on conventional coastal design cues. The proposal required a clear identity that could connect guestrooms, wellness and F&B spaces while balancing functionality with a strong guest experience.
